Amy Camacho-Tsutsumi Obituary

On March 23, 1977 a headstrong, towheaded little girl made her way into this world and on November 11, 2017 she was taken from us far too soon. Amy Ann Camacho was born in Evanston Wyoming to Donald & Susan Camacho. At 4 years old and after a brief stint in Utah, they landed in Snowflake AZ where she was raised in our tight-knit Center Street neighborhood and where we to this day still call home. Amy graduated from Snowflake High School in 1995. Afterwards she had countless adventures, all the while meeting new people, traveling, and deciding on where she wanted to settle. Amy's heart found itself in her community of Verrado (AZ), where she and her family took root and made lifelong friends and memories.

From the moment she was born, Amy grabbed life by the horns and never looked back. Amy had such a zest for life and she lived it to it's fullest. She always surrounded herself with close friends, who she was fiercely loyal to, and she never met a stranger. She had a beautiful singing voice, was athletic and more recently discovered a natural talent in the world of real estate where she excelled. Above all other things, Amy was an amazingly devoted and strong mother. She was a pillar for not only her own children, but also others who consider her their own. Amy loved her family unconditionally, and if you messed with them she would fight you in the parking lot. Amy had many trials in her life which she took head-on and came out on top of, making her the strong independent woman that she was. She will leave an enormous void in the lives that she touched. She was a free-spirited, energetic, compassionate, fearless, feisty, spunky, protective, family loving, Cardinals supporting, bling wearing, all in, never a dull moment type of gal - which is why she was so loved and will be so truly and deeply missed.

Amy was preceded in death by her daughter Malorie Jean (age 3) and we are positive that they are busy making up for lost time! She is survived by her parents, Donald & Susan Camacho; husband, August Tsutsumi; sons, August Jr., Connar & Xchyler Tsutsumi; sister Kimberley (Jason) Willis; brothers, Casey (Brittney) Camacho & Justin (Marissa) Camacho; and innumerable friends and family who will never forget her.
