General Price List

These prices are effective as of August 14, 2023, and are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

Insurance Filing Fee-5%

5% of the total contract will be charged if an insurance assignment accepted in lieu of payment of contract. If the contract is to be paid through a prior pre-arrangement with out facility, there is no charge. 

Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff   - $1,900.00

Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to: Conducting the arrangements conference with family or responsible party; Preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; Placement of obituary notices; Planning of funeral arrangements; Coordination of service with cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others, as required.

Also included in this charge are are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as, insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, equipment and inventory. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains and all other package selections.

Embalming  -  $740.00

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

  • Facilities for Family Attended Dressing with limited viewing - $100.00
  • Facilities, Staff and Equipment for Visitation/Viewing/Rosary at the Mortuary - $250.00
  • Facilities, Staff and Equipment for Funeral/ Memorial at the Mortuary-$350.00
  • Use of staff for Graveside Service - $160.00
  • Mailing of Cremated Remains-$130.00
  • Audio Recording of Funeral Services-$7.50 each thumb drive copy
  • Headstone Setting Fee-$300.00
  • Headstone Final Inscription (Local Cemeteries)-$155.00
  • Act of Cremations-$887.00
  • Witness of Cremation-$75.00

Use of Staff and Equipment for Services Conducted at Another Facility

  • Facilities, Staff, and Equipment for Visitation/Viewing/Rosary Off Premises - $125.00
  • Funeral Service/ Memorial Service Off Premises - $550.00

Automotive Equipment

  • Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home (within 25 mile radius) - $420.00
  • Funeral coach for Funeral/Graveside Service (within 45 miles) - $300.00
  • Funeral coach for Evening Viewing/Service-$125.00
  • Funeral Support Vehicle (within 45 miles) - $100.00
  • Additional mileage charge (for transportation outside local area, per mile) - $3.55
  • Cemetery Equipment and Setup (lowering device, chairs, chair covers, green grass and tent) (tent when weather conditions allow) - $425.00
  • Transfer to/From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport-$497.00

Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home  -  $2,115.00

This charge includes transfer of remains to Mortuary, embalming, & basic services of staff. (Shipping container for body and airline shipping charges are not included.)

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home  -  $950.00

This charge includes; basic services of staff. Any additional services chosen will be added to this charge.
