Barnarski Declay Obituary

Barnarski Declay went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born on January 29, 1972, to the late Vivan Declay and Brimson Kinney in Whiteriver, Arizona.

He is survived by Nicholas Ivins and U’Breka Pope, his children; his brother, Danielson Declay; his sisters, Lydia Kinney, Dianna Kinney and Terilynn Kinney W; and his grandsons, Nephi Ivins, Neymar Ivins and Luke Parker.

Barnarski is preceded in death by his parents, Vivian Declay and Brimson Kinney.

The wake is Friday, June 20 at 10 am at 2132 Fort Apache Road and John Moore Drive. His funeral will be Saturday, June 21 at 1 pm at the 7 Mile Miracle Church with interment following at the 7 Mile Hill Cemetery.
