Chance Lee Dehose unexpectedly entered eternal rest on August 8, 2021 in Whiteriver, AZ. He was born on May 1, 1992 to Philip Frances Dehose and the late Valarie Rose Gatewood.
Chance loved horses. He loved riding his horse in the surrounding mountains and teaching his nephews to ride also. He liked hiking, antler hunting, drawing and making tatoos. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing and helping where he could. Chance was quick to smile and liked to joke around. He was all about spending time with family and friends. He grew up in Whiteriver and also lived in Cibecue and Tucson. He had many friends and will be greatly missed.
Chance is survived by his partner: Lenora Browning,; children: Jamarcus Dehose and Jayden Dehose; father: Philip Francis (Erna) Dehose; brothers: Phil DeHose, Rueben DeHose, Armondo Dehose, Marco Dehose, Tedrick Bourke and Quintin Bourke,; sisters: Velecia Rose Gatewood, Sabrina Jo Gatewood and Phyllis Dehose and paternal grandparents: Clifford and Norma Dehose. He was preceded in death by his mother: Valarie Rose Gatewood; sister: Harriette Rose DeHose; brother: Aaron DeHose and maternal grandparents: Lee and Edith Bread.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 27th, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the Sunset Cemetery in Cibecue, AZ.
