Churie Nichole Hazen went to be with the Lord at her home in Show Low, Arizona, on March 30, 2022. She was born to Cheradon G. Tevyaw and Charles Lavon Hazen on July 31, 1980.

She is survived by her parents, Cheradon Tevyaw and Charles Hazen, Chad Thomas Hazen, Cody Timothy Hazen, Candace Holloway, three children, Charity Sorenson, three children, and Leaera Trombley, six nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Cheryl Beaumont, Donald Hunsaker, Jeanie Hunsaker, Michael Hunsaker and Deborah Hunsaker.
