David W. Jacobs

David W. Jacobs passed into the arms of love on May 10, 2023

David was a friend to all, a dear friend to many as well as devoted husband, father, and grandfather. David was born in San Diego, CA in 1950.  He was a Navy Seabee veteran.  He retired from San Diego State University where he met his wife, Susan. Their dreams brought them to Lakeside, Arizona where they continued their journey with family and friends.

David served 6 years with The Navajo County Sheriffs Auxiliary Volunteers that tied him to his community and people he loved.

He is survived by his wife Susan, children, Michael Crandall, Shannon Sowter, stepsons Patrick and Benjamin Gibbens and grandchildren Sean, David, Talon Isabella, and Shawn.

A celebration of life will be held at his home on June 10, 2023, at 2PM
