Dee W Rollins Jr., known to many as Dee, died on April 25, 2026, in Snowflake, Arizona, at the age of 69.

Born on March 1, 1957, in Bell Gardens, California, Dee lived a life marked by resilience, and generosity. Those who knew him best described him as interesting and generous.

Dee attended Snowflake High School, and after answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Army. His military journey was cut short when he suffered a severe head injury while stationed in Germany, resulting in a medical discharge, he made his way back to Snowflake.

Throughout the years. He had a longtime love of collecting Hot Wheel cars, a hobby that reflected both his appreciation for detail and his enjoyment of the things that brought him happiness. It was one of the many ways he expressed his personality.

Dee is survived by his longtime partner, Pat Focken; his daughters, Jennifer Hill and Shawna Barrow; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Janell Hatch, Raymond Mohoff, Brian Rollins, Rodney Rollins, Velda Buchanan, Deanna Hensley, and Norman Rollins. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Dee W. Rollins Sr. and Rose M. Rollins, as well as his siblings Jackie Perkins, Mark Rollins, Tracy Rollins, and Darrell Rollins.

Family and friends remember Dee as a man who faced hardship with strength.He leaves behind a family who will carry his memory forward and remember the conversations, and experiences that made him who he was.

In the end, Dee Rollins will be remembered not only for the milestones of his life, but for the character he brought to each one. He was a son, a brother, a father, a partner, a grandfather, and a great-grandfather. He was a veteran, a collector. His memory remains with his loved ones, and his story will continue to be told with respect and affection.
