Diamond Kelly Tessay went to be with the Lord, peacefully though unexpectedly, on March 4, 2022 at his home. He was born on December 11, 1993 to Michelle and Abner Tessay, Jr.

Diamond was a great and loving father. He had a big heart and loved being around his kids.

Diamond is survived by his mother: Michelle Tessay; father: Abner Tessay Jr.; brother: Sebastian Tessay; children: Maddroz and Jerianny Tessay; grandmother: Winina Lupe; Uncle: Michael Lupe & Family and uncle: Samuel Lupe; aunt: Mona Lupe & Family and cousin: Timothy Johnson. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Leroy Lupe and his aunt: Ramona L. Johnson.

A one-night wake will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 10 a.m. at 5702 East Fork Rd. in Whiteriver, AZ. A funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 2pm at the East Fork Miracle Church with interment to follow at the Dove Street Cemetery in Whiteriver, Arizona.
