Earlinda Zahgotah, a cherished veteran and dedicated member of her community went to be with the Lord June 1,2026.
Earlinda devoted her life to the service of her country and she has fought three wars for our freedom. Her bravery and commitment were evident in all that she did. After 30 years of service in the Army, Earlinda continued to serve her community in numerous ways by volunteering and helping many people. She cherished taking care of her community and those around her.
Earlinda is survived by Stepfather, Alvin Lavender, Sister, Alvina(Cheifo) Parker, Brothers, Rivers(Charlena) Lavender and Arvin(Joniece) Lavender, God-Sisters, Kristyn Riley and Nazarene(Scott) Lee. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Peggy Lavender, Father, Earl Zahgotah, Grandmother, Amelia Shipp Tenijieth, and Brother, Ervin Lavender.
A wake for Earlinda will be held on Thursday June 11, 2026 at 10:00 am. Held at Alvin Lavenders Residence at 28 N Kessay Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona 85941. Funeral Services will be Friday June 12,2026 at 10:00am at the North Fork Miracle Church in Whiteriver, Arizona 85941, followed by Internment at Chiefton Cemetery in North Fork Arizona.
