Eileen Ruth Moody-Lee, AKA “Missy” of East Fork, Arizona
Missy entered Eternal Glory on August 14, 2021, at Banner University in Tucson, Arizona
Missy loved the great outdoors. She loved to go fishing, camping, hiking, was frequently seen walking upper East Fork Road for exercise, driving the back roads, and traveling (hated driving, so she was always the passenger). Missy is remembered most for being kind, humble, and soft spoken. Missy had a kind nature that drew people to her, people who needed support and understanding.
Missy’s greatest joy and best accomplishment was her children. Next was working. Missy loved working with Patient Business Office at IHS, but it was more so for being in the company of her colleagues and meeting new people. She had a welcoming spirit and loved having conversations with people who passed through her office.
Missy will be dearly missed.
Missy is survived by Melinda (Manuel) Goode, Carlita Lewis, Angel Lewis, Fernando Eric Caddo, Jonathan Moody, Leander Caddo, and Bruce Elijah Lee, plus many grandchildren, godsisters, Vanette Bahlen, Blessing Rico, Delta Lupe and Kateri Morgan as her goddaughter. Missy is preceded in death by her late husband, Linwood Lee of North Fork, Arizona, her mother Elaine Alsensay Toggie, her father Samuel Moody Nantan, and her brother Darrell Toggie.
Arrangements for Missy are as follows: Viewing at East Fork Lutheran Church from 8 to 10 am followed by a funeral service at 10 am on Saturday, August 21, 2021. Interment will be at Dove Street Cemetery in East Fork.
