Eva Lou (Grider) Reidhead Obituary
Eva Lou Grider Reidhead passed away peacefully at her home in Shumway, Arizona, on July 29, 2025. Born in Knox County, Indiana, on May 23, 1940, to John F. Grider and Dorothy Teasley, she was one of seven children. She dedicated 19 years to the Taylor Post Office and was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in various callings. Eva and her beloved husband, Ralph Winn Reidhead, were blessed to serve a temple mission at the Snowflake Arizona Temple.
She is survived by her husband, Winn; their six children: Lynae, Garry, Laurinda, Chuck, Kendra, and Kara; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Her brothers: Bill Grider, Ronnie Grider, Dennis Waterman, Gerry Grider, and Wade Grider. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marion Grider and Dorothy and Dale Erwin, and her brother James Grider.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with a Public Visitation at 9:30 a.m. at the Taylor Stake Center, located at 309 W. Willow Lane, Taylor, Arizona.
