Gordon LeRoy Oliver

Gordon LeRoy Oliver of White Mountain Lake, Arizona, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 21, 2021; he passed away peacefully in his sleep. 

Gordon was born March 16th, 1937, to Delbert Oliver and Garnett Lute, in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. He had three brothers and four sisters.  He was a 30-year Navy veteran, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He received his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and worked for the U.S. Postal service for nine years. He married Deanna Dodd on February 1st, 1964. They were married for 57 years, and were blessed with a daughter, Terri Griffith, three sons, Kevin, Derek, and Geoffrey Oliver, three grandchildren, Taylor Colera, Chloe Oliver, Amber Griffith, six great grandchildren, Jonathan Imel, Ashlynne Imel, Kaija Hale, Christian Hale, Aryn Hale, Caden Hale and a great-great grandchild, Viktorya Dawn Taylor. Gordon was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Oliver; his mother, Garnett Oliver; his sisters, Dixie, Barbara, Thelma and Judy; his brothers, Bruce, Russell, and Joe.
