Judy leaves behind 3 daughters; Otilda Ann Declay, Jessica Ann (Declay) Wycliffe & Erica V. Declay, 2 sons; Eddie Trevino & Alfredo Way Jr., and aunt; Anita Cheney, 22 grandchildren, and 50 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Jerris A. Declay, her mother; Martha (Yates) Moyah, sons; Elvis Declay & Lewis Declay, grandsons; Ross Moody Jr & Jr. Moody, and a granddaughter; Emilia Declay.

Services for Judy Ann Declay will begin with a one-night wake on Friday December 16th, 2022, starting at 10:00 am located at 2406 N. Quail Court (Knots Landing #2) Whiteriver, Arizona, a funeral home service will follow on Saturday December 17th, 2022, starting at 1:00 pm and interment will follow at Whiteriver Cemetery, Whiteriver, Arizona.
