Julia Tobie Lynne Vandenburg Obituary
Julia Tobie Lynne Vandenburg went safely home to the Lord on June 14, 2023. She was born in Hereford, Texas, on January 16, 1973.
Tobie was raised the first few years of her life in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She spent a brief period in Catalina, Arizona, and from there she lived and attended school in Phoenix, Arizona. She lived with her parents briefly on the Navajo Reservation where her father had found work. At the age of 13, she moved with her family to Snowflake, Arizona.
Tobie left Snowflake several times on many adventures, but always returned to Snowflake where she had developed what would be her lifetime friends. Tobie never met a stranger and made friends easily, she never hesitated and was fearless about embarking on new adventures whether across the county or across the ocean. She loved being outdoors whether it be at Clear Creek or the all-girl yearly campouts in the Arizona White Mountains. She was a patriot and fiercely loved her family, country, and Donald J. Trump.
Survived by and well loved by her parents, Joel and Kathy Lawson; her brother, Todd Lawson; her children, Kathy Bazan and Able Viveros; her grandchildren, Haze Frost, Shade Frost, Della Bazan and Aceson Bazan.
Services will be held at the Silver Creek Mortuary in Taylor, Arizona, at 1 p.m. on June 23, 2023.
