Kyler Walker also known to many as “moose”, “happy feet”, or “sk’iss” was such a happy go lucky guy! He was born in Springerville, Arizona on December 5th, 1992, choosing to emerge on his own time. Welcomed by his parents and a few others who made it to the quaint little town, Kyler was indeed a blessing! We knew he was destined to make people happy and fill hearts with joy; of course, his smile and white as snow skin made him a unique boy. Kyler was outgoing and always involved in any activity at hand. He loved to cook, making plenty to feed the family as well as his pets. He would walk to 7-mile school and would play basketball, run around and explore, or just enjoy the playground. Whatever game was being played he would participate and just have fun. He loved to spend time with family as well as his friends; in which he had plenty and always made your day. Just as we all deal with life, what it sends us, challenges us with and endure… Kyler did his best. He soon found a different outlet which became a positive in his life; becoming his safety net, his solace and the way we remember him. It was a love of music, a love of gaming, this was the way he spent time with his friends and family. Games were challenging but that was the best part, when one game was perfected, a new one would begin, and the process would start over. Many times, we would go to Lonesome Dove to visit, and we walked in the living room, Kyler in front of the tv, his game of choice in the game console…music blasting at the same time. We would watch, listen, visit and wait for our turn; these times with moose were fun and memorable. Kyler was very kind, thoughtful and so giving. He always made friends no matter where he was, he was a very candid young man. He always remembered the holidays, your birthday, a significant accomplishment or an important day and he could just make your day with a big smile. Whatever was important to you-it was important to him, and he always listened. Kyler was the type of guy to give you the shirt off his back, shoes on his feet; the meal he was going to have, the blanket to keep him warm… whatever he had, whatever he could give-he would do it. Kyler has the biggest heart, the warmest smile, the kindest thoughts, and a great sense of humor. He was just what you needed, when you needed it, always making sure you were okay, and you knew it came from his heart and all his love.
There are so many people near and far who will definitely remember the impact Kyler left on their lives. He is missed and loved very much.
When anyone is in Christ, it is a whole new world. The old things are gone; suddenly, everything is new! 2 Corinthians 5:17
