LaPrill Turley Lee passed away on August 10, 2025 in Snowflake, Arizona. She was born April 9, 1940 in Woodruff, Arizona to George and Pearl Turley. She grew up in Woodruff with her two older brothers; LeGrande and Korrin (both deceased), and four younger sisters; Genene (Stradling), Kathy (Deceased), Helen Skinner and Barbra Smith.
When she was 17 her family moved to Louisiana where she graduated from Cloutierville High School. After graduation, she returned to Woodruff and worked for the Navajo County Fair Commission. She later moved to Winslow to work for the Winslow Mail Newspaper, then several months later transferred to Holbrook to work for the Holbrook Tribune. She worked there until her marriage to Ivin Crone Lee in 1966. LaPrill and Ivin lived their married life in Joseph City raising their children: Ivin Berneil (Deceased), Kyra and Bo. She found joy in motherhood, church service, crafting and sharing her many talents with others.
She is survived by Kyra (Darrel), Lance, Shannon and Max Mosier; Bo (Kay), Meghan, E.J., Kimber and Maddox Lee. Services will be Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the Joseph City LDS Church. Viewing at 9:00a.m, funeral at 10:00a.m. with burial in the Joseph City Cemetery.
