Litesha B. Cassa

Litesha B. Cassa passed away August 27, 2022, in Whiteriver, Arizona. She was born to her mother Misty Dawn White and father Florentine Cassa on July 29, 2006. Litesha lived in Whiteriver, AZ on River Rd. and SMJ all her life. She was outgoing, friendly, she always made new friends and she respected others. Litesha was in her Junior year at Alchesay High School. Her number favorite sport was basketball, she was a good baller. She was very devoted to playing ball with friends and family. Litesha had a pretty voice when she sang and loved making Rap music. Among other things she was a skater and enjoyed skating with friends. In August of 2018 she experienced her Traditional Sunrise Dance Ceremony, and her Godparents supported her in many ways. She respected the young and elderly and cared for and loved them very much. She is survived by: Brothers- Alvarez Hammond of Tennessee and Andreas Cassa. God brothers- Carly Joe Edwards and Vancelor Edwards. Grandmother- Andrita Cheney and Arlinda Cassa. Great- grandparents- Anita Cheney and Zuni and Dorinda Alekay. Grandfather- Terry Edwards. Traditional God parents- Johnny and Alva Croclanney Begay. Aunts- Blessing Rico, Cheyenne Dazen, Alvina Peaches, Ava Cassa, Angela Cassa Burnadette Cassa, Jessica Cassa, Yelma Swift, and Carmen Stuart. Litesha is preceded in death by her: Grandpa- Vernard Lee White and Burnette Dale Cassa. Aunt- Shawna Rita Alchesay. Litesha will be missed by so many people, especially her family. Thank you to her brother Alvarez Hammond of Tennessee, relatives from Bylas and San Carlos to pay their respects it was very much appreciated. God Bless.
