Martha Louise Francese

Martha Louise Francese age 79, of Overgaard, Az., passed away peacefully during the night of January 2nd,2026 in her home in Overgaard, Az, as was her wish.

Born on December 4th,1947 in Safford Arizona and was the beloved daughter of Henderson and Susanna Costner. She graduated from Pima High School and dedicated her life to her family. Martha married Gary Francese on November 22, 1967, and together they raised 2 children: Tanya and Mandi and a granddaughter, Alexis.

She will be remembered for her strength and vibrant spirit, and her passion for animals. She found joy serving in her Church.

Martha is survived by her children, Tanya and Mandi and 1 granddaughter, Alexis. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary and son, Santino.

A service celebrating her life will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Heber/Overgaard on January 16th, 2026.
