Minnie was born on June 11, 1937, to May Nantan Toggie & Floyd Toggie. She passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on November 29, ,2022.
Minnie is survived by her companion Norman Keyes, Sons, Dempsey Quintero, Brian Quintero. Daughters; Lorinda Q. Nashio, Marian Quintero. Adopted children; Aubrey Aday Sr., Joelinda Dude-Ben, Denelle Quintero, Nicholas Burnette & TJ Truax. Goddaughters; Amanda Nashio Faden, Candy Susan Declay. 27 grandchildren, 78 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. Siblings; McKinley Toggie, Lilly Toggie Davenport, and Caleb McNeil.
Proceeded in death by Parents; May Nantan Toggie, Floyd Toggie. Adopted Father; McNeil Toggie. Son; Darvin Burnette. Daughter; Berlinda Quintero. Siblings; Daniel Toggie, Lydo Toggie, Ikirt Toggie, Ferris Toggie, Patrick Toggie, Ethal Toggie, Evelyn Smith & Aurillia Stover.
Minnie will be brought back home to her residence in East Fork on Friday December 9, 2022, at 10:00am for a one-night wake. Funeral Service will be on Saturday December 10 at 12:00pm at the East Fork Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at the Fire Box Canyon Family Plot. All Tribal Dignitaries, Church’s and Guest Speakers are welcome. Silver Creek Mortuary of Pinetop handled the arrangements.
