Mr. Rayburn Dazen was born May 5, 1962 to Mother, Daisy Dazen and father Calvin Dazen Sr. in McNary, AZ. He has 3 daughters: Renee R. Dazen, Rachel Dazen & Stephanie Dazen; 2 sisters: Sally (Dazen) Pilcher & Eula Dazen; 4 brothers: Melbourne Dazen Sr., O’Brien Dazen, Calvin Dazen Jr. & Wilburn Dazen as well, as many nieces, nephew, cousins, relatives & friends.

Rayburn’s favorite hobbies were making wood, fishing, watching sports and driving with his friends. He was a nice person, helping his friends and others, giving rides to them, buying them food to eat or giving out food to the homeless. He liked to listen to reggae music and gospel music. He was always lending a hand to his family and friends.

He worked at FATCO and he had other jobs on and off the reservation. Rayburn Dazen will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A 1 night wake will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10am at 310 N. Evergreen; McNary, AZ with a home service on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 1pm. Interment will be at the Whispering Pine Cemetery in McNary, AZ.
