Farming Rural 01

Raymond Kelly Cranford

February 17, 1957 ~ December 18, 2021 (age 64)

It’s with great sadness that I’m posting this ,,,,

Raymond Kelly Cranford departed this life on December 18th 2021 after complications from surgery.

Kelly was born on February 17th, 1957, in Salinas to Garth Cranford and Laverne (Ausmus) Cranford.

Kelly attended Salinas High School  and then went to work for the Family business “Cranford  Fertilizer”. He loved driving tractors and one of the many things he was very proud of is leveling the Family’s Farm land for row crops along  the Castroville highway. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and being with family and friends when he could.  He most recently was living in Snowflake Arizona caring for his mother Laverne.

He was a fun loving soul and loved people and could put a smile on just about anyone’s face.

He will be deeply missed.

Kelly is predeceased by his father Garth, two sisters Peggy and Barabra.

He is survived by his beloved children Chad, Jared and Amy Rose, four grandchildren

his loving mother Laverne, brother Perry and sister Judy and numerous nephews and nieces.

A service was held in Snowflake (Taylor) Arizona at Silver Creek Mortuary on December 29th 2021 at 10am.

All who knew and loved Kelly are welcome to attend.

May we please put this on the site for those who could not come.

Thank you for yesterday,

Amy Rose
