Roger Keith Heisdorffer, age 83, entered into eternal rest in his home in Taylor, Arizona, on May 8, 2024. Roger was born on May 31, 1940, in Sigourney, Iowa, to Edythe Lucille McConnell and Albert Nicholas Heisdorffer.
Roger was born and raised on his family farm in Iowa. He started flying airplanes when he was twenty years old, and it quickly became his passion. He flew airplanes for sixty years. He also loved to shoot and maintain many firearms. He worked as an electrician, owned a motor rewind shop and a parts store. He loved his daughter and his grandchildren more than we may know. We all know he’d always “Rather be flying” Fly high Grandpa Roger.
He was survived by daughter, Joyce Ann Cabor; grandchildren, (Trisha) and Nolan Brimhall, Jason Rollins, Brian Rollins; great grandchildren, (Makay) and Brennen Beatty, Ian Brimhall, Dune Brimhall, Qiana Rollins, Deacon Rollins, Jayden Maxwell, Camryn Maxwell, Shayne Rollins, Arianna Rollins, Brother (Leland) and Bonnie Heisdorffer.
