Tommy Batson

Tommy Batson was born on 11/30/1946 and passed away on 11/23/2024 he was 77 years old, he passed just 7 days before his 78th birthday,  He lived in Heber, Arizona.  Tommy was born to George Edward and Iva Dell (Kendall) Batson in Snowflake Arizona and lived most of his life in Heber, Az.  He served in the Army as a Quarter Master and Mechanic in Alaska from August 1966 until August 1968.  He married Nona March 29th, 1969 and had 2 children Jeannie and Becky.  Tommy supervised a thinning crew, installed truck scales, loader operator in the log woods and a diesel mechanic and welder.  

He is survived by his wife Nona Batson, Daughters Jeannie (Richard) Townsend, Rebecca (James) Aragon, granddaughters Lindsey (Jeff) VanZilen, Samantha (Jeremy) Iovinelli, Katie Townsend and great granddaughter Kaelynn Iovinelli, sister Betty (David) Harrington and Johnny (Pat) Batson.  

Graveside services will held at the Heber Cemetery on November 29th, 2024 at 1pm.  We ask that everyone dress casual as that is what Tommy would want.
