Velinda Mae Bragg

Velinda Mae Manuel Bragg went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2022 in Cottonwood, AZ.  She was born on April 13, 1969 to Glen Manuel (deceased) and Velta Manuel. 

Velinda enjoyed reading (especially the Bible and Danielle Steele books), doing puzzles, making bread (The Best Authentic Tortilla Maker EVER), fill ins and playing basketball (she had some mad skills).  She enjoyed making wood with her husband.  She enjoyed helping her family and friends with whatever they needed.  She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, family and friends.  She will be dearly missed by all.  “We love you, Mom!”

Velinda is survived by her husband:  Raymond Bragg Sr.; mother:  Velta Manuel; brother: Dino (Jackie) Manuel; children:  Tia Cromwell (Marques Hinton), Chris & J’Shon Haven, Benjamin Banashley, Sharmaine Banashley (Mario Velasquez), Garrett & Nadia Percy and Shashena, Sequoia, Jordynn, and Jiarah Perry, and Rachel, Billy, Ozzie, Raymond Jr., Kelly, Jayme and Jeremy Bragg, Allie Burnette and Timmy George; 16 grandchildren; nephews:  Phillip & Quincy Manuel; Niece:  Isaac & Kayla Gilbert; Uncle:  Wesley & MaryLou Tenijieth; aunt:  Elmer & Mayholm Rolland Sr. and many relatives and friends near and far.  She was preceded in death by father:  Glen Manuel; brother:  Leander Manuel; child:  Baby Perry; aunts:  Amelia Shipp and Margie Harrina and uncles:  Van Manuel and Finley Tenijieth.

A wake will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 10am to 12 am at the Rose of Sharon Church in Northfork, AZ.  The funeral will be on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10am at the Rose of Sharon Church in Northfork, AZ.  Interment will follow at the Tiapa Cemetery in Seven-Mile, AZ.
